We use modern softwares to develop, design and manufacture our machines, devices and fixtures, working with control systems and servo drives mainly by Siemens. Quality and reliable components from verified suppliers are our standard. Thanks to these aspects, our devices are characterized by high reliability and low maintenance.
We implement Poka-yoke (error prevention) mechanisms into our machines and devices which contribute to high overall efficiency of equipment (OEE). By using FMEA methods throughout the whole production process we analyze and eliminate risks. We achieve high safety and efficiency by using the correct safety elements, both mechanical and electronic. The evaluation of equipment safety follows SIL and PL standards.

Station for automatic glue application on backrest frames. Glue is applied by KUKA robot. Dual gluing system. Infrared preheating of the frames.
Automatic machine for SMD coils production, consisting of several technological parts, some of which positioning systems operate with a repeatability 1µm. All technological parts were developed by Technouniversum. Newly developed winding, welding and handling processes are already implemented in the facility and are verified in operation.
Activating presses used for precise and even pressing/gluing of parts to activate the adhesive. 3D contoured nests support all the necessary surfaces for correct adhesive activation. PLC control ensures safe operation and precise activation timing. Automatic control and securing with optical barriers saves operating time. Vacuum holding of parts is integrated directly into the press molds.
Caliber used to check the correct position of a carpet glued to the backside of a back rest. It uses a GO NO-GO pronciple. Using precisely ground calibers it controls whether the position of the glued carpet is in tolerance. The frame is lightweight for easy handling. Surface treatment of duralumin provides protection of parts against dirt.
Fixtures for VW, Porsche and Audi car seat upholstery. 3D contoured nests are designed and manufactured to accommodate various types of seats. The contour nests are mounted on a rotary mechanism with a lock every 90°. The lock is released with a pneumatic pedal. The entire upper part of the fixture is mounted on the pneumatic shop-floor lifting module by Technouniversum. The module is controlled by a two-way pedal (pneumatic movement up and down).
Stations with precise 3D nests made of heat-resistant material designed for adjustment of leather seat covers while fanning. 3D nests are mounted on hinged frames for better access when needed.

Assembly table for all Aroma-unit components. 3D duralumin nests with fixation grippers are mounted on a turntable with lock in positions where it is necessary to screw. The turntable is balanced so that it does not tend to rotate to one position, thus causing the risk of hand-tightening or discomfort at wok. The entire table is made of ESD materials. Documentation, LED lighting, review report, etc. are included.
A device to assist in handling heavy robotic grippers. Transport mechanism is used to remove the gripper from the stacker, move it into the mounting position and transport it to its destination using a forklift. The development and construction is based on strength simulations abd calculations to achieve the highest possible safety.
Car seat mechanism designed to eject the seat to simplify access to the vehicle. The mechanism is fully electric.
The 3D contoured nest in the existing pressing device ensures even support of the entire part during pressing. This eliminates distortion and damage.
